【摘要】:ThemethodsofmeasurementdescribedinthisEuropeanStandardareforusewithpiezoelectriccomponentsproducedfromtheceramicmaterialsdescribedinEN50324-1“Termsanddefinitions”.Methodsofmeasurementforspecificdielectric,piezoelectricandelasticcoefficientsaregenerallyapplicabletopiezoelectricceramics.Thepolycrystallinenatureofceramics,statisticalfluctuationsincompositionandtheinfluenceofthemanufacturingprocess,resultinspecifiedmaterialcoefficientsbeingtypicalmeanvalues.Thesevaluesareprovidedfordesigninformationonly.Piezoelectrictransducerscanhavewidelydifferingshapesandmaybeemployedinarangeofvibrationalmodes.Materialparametershowever,aremeasuredonsimpletest-pieces(discs,rodsetc.seeEN50324-1,Figure2)usingspecificgeometricandelectricalboundaryconditions.Consequently,theresultsofthetestsprovidebasicmaterialparametersonlyandmustonlybeusedasaguidetotheactualpropertiesofmanufacturedcommercialcomponents.
