【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforseal-lessrotodynamicpumpsthataredrivenwithpermanentmagnetcoupling(magnetdrivepumps)orwithcannedmotor,andwhicharemainlyusedinchemicalprocesses,watertreatmentandpetrochemicalindustries.Theirusecanbedictatedbyspace,noise,environmentorsafetyregulations.Seal-lesspumpsarepumpswhereaninnerrotoriscompletelycontainedinapressurevesselholdingthepumpedfluid.ThepressurevesselorprimarycontainmentdeviceissealedbystaticsealssuchasgasketsorO-rings.1.2Pumpswillnormallyconformtorecognizedstandardspecifications(e.g.ISO5199,explosionprotection,electromagneticcompatibility),exceptwherespecialrequirementsarespecifiedherein.1.3ThisInternationalStandardincludesdesignfeaturesconcernedwithinstallation,maintenanceandoperationalsafetyofthepumps,anddefinesthoseitemstobeagreeduponbetweenthepurchaserandmanufacturer/supplier.1.4WhereconformitytothisInternationalStandardhasbeenrequestedandcallsforaspecificdesignfeature,alternativedesignsmaybeofferedprovidingthattheysatisfytheintentofthisInternationalStandardandtheyaredescribedindetail.PumpswhichdonotconformwithallrequirementsofthisInternationalStandardmayalsobeofferedprovidingthatthedeviationsarefullyidentifiedanddescribed.Wheneverdocumentsincludecontradictoryrequirements,theyshouldbeappliedinthefollowingsequenceofpriority:a)purchaseorder(orinquiry,ifnoorderplaced),seeannexesDandE;b)datasheet(seeannexA)ortechnicalsheetorspecification;c)thisInternationalStandard;d)otherstandards.
