【摘要】:Hydrogenatednitrilerubbersareavailableatdifferentlevelsofunsaturationanddifferentacrylonitrilecontent.Highlysaturatedgradesofferoptimumresistancetoaging,suchasexposuretoheat,ozone,andchemicals,andcanbeeffectivelycuredonlywithperoxidesorhighenergyradiation.Partiallyunsaturatedgradescanbecuredbysulfursystemsinadditiontoperoxidesandhighenergyradiation.Thistestmethodprovidesaninfraredtechniquetodeterminetheunsaturationlevelofhydrogenatednitrilerubbersintherawstate.Itcanbeusedforresearchanddevelopment,qualitycontrol,andrefereepurposes.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthepercentageofresidualunsaturation(doublebondsinunhydrogenatedbutadiene)inhydrogenatednitrilerubberandisbasedoninfraredexaminationofrubberfilmscastfromsolution.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoallgradesofhydrogenatednitrilerubberintherawstate.1.3Thistestmethodassumesthatspecimensandinfraredspectraarepreparedandanalyzedbyexperiencedpersonnelandthattheequipmentisoperatedaccordingtothemanufacturer''sdirectionforoptimumperformance.Nodetailsforoperationofinfraredspectrophotometersareincludedinthistestmethod.1.4Sinceitiscustomaryininfraredspectrophotometrytousewavenumbers(cmx2212;1)ratherthanHertz(Hz),theunitforfrequencyintheSIsystem,theformerisemployedthroughoutthistestmethod.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
