【摘要】:Indynamicmeasuringsystemstheperformanceofmetersforliquidhydrocarbonswillvarywithchangesinflowconditions,viz.flowrate,viscosity,temperature,pressure,densityofproduct,andwithmechanicalwear.ThisInternationalStandardhasbeenpreparedasaguideforestablishingandmonitoringtheperformanceofsuchmeters,usingappropriatestatisticalcontrolproceduresforbothcentralandon-lineproving.Theseproceduresmaybeappliedtomeasurementsmadebyanytypeofvolumetricormassmeteringsystem.Theprocedurestobefollowedforcollectingdata,onwhichthecontrollimitsarebased,aredescribed.AnalternativemethodforestablishingthereliabilityofthesedataisdescribedinISO7278-3.Methodsaredescribedforcalculatingthewarningandactioncontrollimitsforthechartscoveringtheselectedperformancecharacteristics,theapplicationofthesecontrolchartstosubsequentroutinemeasurements,andtheirinterpretation.Workedexamplesaregivenintheappropriatecentralandon-lineprovingsections.
